DM Engineers provided comprehensive Project Management Support Services for the Local Law 87 (LL87) compliance audit and implementation at Lerner Hall.
The team oversaw the energy audit consultant, coordinated in-house technicians for site surveys and construction support, and managed access to spaces for system verification. DM Engineers developed and executed the project schedule, ensured adherence to COVID-19 protocols, and maintained site cleanliness throughout the process.
Additional responsibilities included leading progress meetings and reporting, supporting the bid process for energy efficiency measures identified during the audit and retro-commissioning, and coordinating contractor schedules for implementation. DM Engineers also facilitated the final LL87 sign-off with the NYC Department of Buildings, in close collaboration with Aramark as the signing authority.
