MEP Design Services - Microbiology Space Exhaust

DM Engineers were engaged to assess the alterations made to the exhaust ductwork in the Microbiology space, which now accommodates ten workstation hoods. This assessment includes a thorough review of the upgraded exhaust fans to ensure compliance with current standards and efficiency requirements. Our scope of work involved revising the existing plans to meet the Building Department (Mechanical) requirements and addressing any discrepancies and deficiencies identified during the review process.

DM Engineers were involved in the design phase, ensuring that all modifications were integrated seamlessly into the overall project plans the comprehensive approach ensured that all modifications were documented, approved and implemented in accordance with regulatory standards. Our team supported the building fillings by preparing and submitting all necessary documentation and responding to inquiries to ensure a smooth approval process.
