The Park Mansion

320 East 82nd Street

The Park Mansion is a 1900, six story building by the architecture firm of Janes and Leo, reimagined as a luxury condominium offering full-floor 3-4-bedroom residences, lobby attendant, fitness room, private storage and bicycle storage.

DM engineers performed the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Fire Alarm design of this repurposed building in the heart to New York City. HVAC scope included dedicated variable refrigerant flow units, perimeter hot water system, exhaust systems and dedicated systems for common/ social areas and fitness room.

This was an exciting project due to the original building occupancy type (repurposed), height ceiling requirements and the exceptional finish requirements.
