DM Engineers provided commissioning services for the evaluation and safety assessment of the mechanical and electrical rooms (MER) and elevator machine rooms (EMR) throughout Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, part of the One Brooklyn Health System.
The project involved a comprehensive review of existing conditions across multiple campus buildings, addressing system performance, code compliance, and reliability for critical hospital infrastructure.
DM Engineers performed detailed inspections and developed recommendations to improve mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems, ensuring alignment with current standards and enhancing operational safety.
This effort strengthened the resilience and performance of Kingsbrook’s essential facilities, supporting the hospital’s mission to provide continuous, safe, and reliable care to the Brooklyn community.
