DM Engineers PLLC was engaged to provide engineering support for the HVAC Upgrade project at the subject property. Following discussions during the infrastructure meeting, our team focused on correcting deficiencies with the perimeter heating hot water system. The scope of work included a detailed assessment of the perimeter hot water systems (Sections S2 and S3), development of engineering recommendations for corrective measures, and oversight of system component replacements. In addition, DM Engineers performed inspections to verify proper installation, operation, and compliance with design intent, while coordinating closely with the project team to ensure all corrective actions aligned with building requirements and minimized disruption to operations. Through these efforts, DM Engineers successfully restored the performance and reliability of the perimeter heating system, supporting the overall HVAC infrastructure upgrade goals of the property
