Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month: Meet Pablo Pantoja
At DM Engineers, the strength of our team comes not just from technical expertise, but from the rich cultural backgrounds that shape how we approach every project. With a team made up entirely of Latino and Hispanic professionals, we bring a shared sense of purpose, resilience, and community to the work we do — and to the spaces we help build.
As part of our celebration of Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month, we’re honored to highlight one of our own: Pablo Pantoja, Associate Partner and Senior Electrical and Fire Alarm Engineer.
Pablo has been part of the DM Engineers team for nearly five years, during which he has become a pillar of leadership and technical excellence. With over 38 years of experience in both new construction and major renovations, he brings unmatched expertise to every project — from healthcare facilities to large-scale commercial developments — always ensuring safety, performance, and code compliance at the highest level.
He is also a proud member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), and sees engineering not just as a career, but as a lifelong opportunity to create meaningful impact.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Pablo’s cultural roots have deeply shaped his approach to both work and leadership. As a mentor, team player, and trusted leader, Pablo exemplifies the values that define DM Engineers: technical mastery, human connection, and cultural pride.
Gracias, Pablo, for your dedication, leadership, and the heart you bring to our team. You represent the very best of who we are.
