John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 6 redevelopment project will deliver 1.2 million square feet of new state-of the art terminal facilities, nine new aircraft gates, critical supporting roadways, utilities, apron, ground transportation center, and provide for approximately 100,000 sf of passenger amenities.

DM Engineers PLLC serves as the Mechanical and Plumbing sub-consultant for Phase B of the JFK New Terminal One (NTO) redevelopment, supporting Arora Engineers as part of the Luis Vidal + Woods Bagot + Arora design team. Our role includes developing mechanical and plumbing systems that align with NTO standards, the PANYNJ Project Definition Report (PDR), TCAP Manual, LEED certification, and Envision Gold requirements.
